We know Gollum is an idiot. He can't even find lawbreakers in his own household, so you really can't expect him to find scams right under his big nose. Given the extortion allegations that surround his activities, there's a good chance that even if he did know about APCU he was being bought off.

On the other hand, Klempner never misses a chance to take a shot at ACI, presumably because they accredit Christian schools. Yet not once has Klempner mentioned Chip's bogus APCU. Bill Gossett referred to APCU way back in 2003. David Appleyard had them pegged in 2002

Chip the gay boy pornographer himself described APCU thusly in 2002:
Quote:The "one woman show" that runs APCU misrepresented her organization, threatened to sue at the first sign of someone questioning its legitimacy, and refused to answer any detailed questions about its operations , how it makes decisions, how many schools it accredits... oh, and she also admitted that APCU was started by one Gus Payne, who was originally associated with Trinity.

Chip the gay boy pornographer at AED back in 2000:

Hmmm. Well, my "SCAM" flag is still up. I sent an email to the
organization more than a week ago basically asking them to demonstrate why
they weren't a scam, and heard nothing back.

Just now, I tried calling the phone number listed as the APCU's number in
the whois database, and got a recording for the Government Printing Office.

And our friend Joyce Wallace hasn't offered any indication of who set up the
organization, how it is funded, what its mission is, or anything else. As
for the "paperwork" submitted to make it a "true nonprofit organization", I
doubt it very seriously. It takes a *lot* of effort to submit a viable
application for a 501©(3), and I find it difficult to believe that this
has already been completed when they've apparently done nothing (yet) to
determine who they may have "accredited".

I also find it interesting that in the same sentence, Ms. Wallace refers to
"they" and "the student". She can't even decide if there is one or more
people in the organization!

For my money, it's still a fraud, plain and simple. When Ms. Wallace
provides some evidence to the contrary (for example, access to a copy of the
501©(3) application that's been submitted, a copy of the nonprofit
incorporation filing, a listing of all staff members and organizational
affiliations) then it would make sense to reconsider. But if it looks like
a duck, quacks like a duck and shits like a duck, it's probably a duck.

But mysteriously, no mention of APCU at DebrisInflow since 12/2003. Apparently Huffman didn't get the memo.

Who called off the dogs, and why? At what point did Chip's scurvy crew of perverts take over the APCU operation--or was Chip running it from the get-go?

Google "John Bear" ACI -acid and you get 888 hits. On the overall scale of scumbaggery, most non-perverts likely would rate "employing lax standards in accrediting Christian schools" somewhere well below "producing and selling gay boy pornography," "selling coffee enemas as a cure for cancer," or "fake counseling teen sex-abuse victims." Apparently Klempner thinks otherwise.

The only person who ever seemed to know anything about APCU was Chip, and now it shows up in his back pocket? Klempner makes nearly nine hundred comments about ACI--but not one about ACPU? It's deja vu all over again. The "experts" never quite seem to know what is really going on. Why would that be, I wonder?

Will the clones now be piling on to vilify Chip and APCU? Don't hold your breath.
