Hey Barmak, how is Texas doing in protecting students from non-profits? Surely for-profits have no monopoly on student exploitation?

As far as state's go, Texas really sucks as far as academic liberty goes. This is one of those states that past a series of stupid and unenforceable laws which attemp to punish holders of unaccredited degrees.
