Correct: he now puts them all into the same sack, shakes well, and says, "Less than Wonderful" while his pet troll 'Rich Douglas' puts to words what Bear wants to say but won't (Avoiding lawsuits) " Degree Mills." Apparently Douglas doesn't fear lawsuits. I guess they can't get what he doesn't have. 
If CPU and Greenwich / IIAS, were little better than jokes, then why did Bear say they were good, recommend them to thousands of people, and why did he take the money from such (as he now claims) useless schools which provided degrees that are all but useless, according to him. Well, he now has a different agenda and these little schools and the people who listened to him no longer fit into his plans, so, they are trashed while he re-invents himself, again. He is a used car salesman who sells what is on the lot. It doesn't matter how good or bad it is, if it will crank or run, he is going to sell it to you and will say what is necessary to make the sale.
John Bear likes to let everyone know he has a VERY COMFORTABLE retirement. He can thank the people he sold all his trash to over the years. A man lives a life of integrity and deceny or he does not. Some prefer to make a lot of money and don't give a damn what they have to do or say to make it. Bear is one more.
