Second, they have a division in charge of evaluating credentials freshly out of the shopping cart.
Third, no conventional moron can understand what the hell they are about.
Fourth, if having spurious degrees awarded following a dubious interpretation of the UK education act was cool, having a degree awarded on the basis of a French law that was intended to have French law reflect the Euro currency is absolutely awesome...
