The facts, once again, are simple.
[*]For 6 years we are a French registered institution of higher education that is authorized to grant degrees. We use the VAE (Validation des Acquis de l'expérience) procedure, which is included and defined in the French code of education (L-631-3 to L-631-6).
[*] The term " legal loophole" is absolutly false. To the contrary, French private instititutions of higher education like us are stuctly regulated by the following 18 articles[ ( L-7131-1 to 18) , which constitute a full chapter of the French code of Education (title III Livre VII).
