Bear has his way of saying mill without actually having to say the words. He will also say the degrees issued by such schools are useless, when 'RESEARCH' does not confirm this. The Douglas paper shows that about 97% of Human Resource Managers accept degrees offered by state approved schools as useful to good. Douglas even proved that milled degrees are well accepted. Apparently what Greenwich University did was up to the standards required by Bear and Douglas. This being true, almost all unaccredited schools should also be acceptable.
