St. Luke School of Medicine has filed a First Amended Complaint, adding the State of Oregon Office of Degree Authorization as a defendant in their lawsuit. They also have added a bunch of new allegations about defendant George Gollin.
Unfortunately Part 3 of the first amended complaint was too big to attach, but it was just exhibits. It's available for download on the PACER website. The good stuff is in Part 2.
