You don't have to worry about that any more.  Now that the Obamunists have nationalized the student loan industry there are no private student loans.  Just the omniscient government deciding which government-approved program you will be allowed to attend.

I don't understand why they would nationalize the student loan industry and block out private schools from securing loans. If a private school cannot secure loans for its students it just means that they'll make their degrees cheap and easy to get.

The CHEA/DoE has really just brought it upon themselves. It seems as if, by some perverted agenda, they want low quality schools to exist.

Preventing private schools from securing student loans in order to become proper schools is unfair competition.

Adding schools to "diploma mill" blacklists without review of curriculum is unfair competition.

Accrediting and endorsing low quality money-makers such as Excelsior while utilizing assholes like Gollin and Contreras to publicly defame other schools and accrediting agencies as low quality is unfair competition.

Non-Traditional and Career Schools really need to band together and sue the crap out of the CHEA/DoE through class actions. I know that there are various Career School and Non-Traditional lobbyists who command the ears and resources of hundreds of unrecognized schools. I believe that the California Association of Private Postsecondary Schools is one of them. It might be beneficial to get in contact with a few of them in order to organize such lawsuits.

Laws must be applied fairly and equally. If not than the victim of any act of unfairness has the right to sue and win.

And, while I would like to see Gollin and his fellow Accredidation Mafia thugs get their asses handed to them, I do not necessarily think that courts judge fairly. In fact there seems to be a difference between what is legal and what is ethical.

But I do think that all that is needed for evil to succeed is for good people to do nothing. That is what I always maintained.

This is why I thank God for DLTruth. At last I found people willing to stand up to the bullies.
