Too bad they can't put Superintendent Frances Gallo in charge of Homeland Security. She would deport all the illegal aliens, thereby increasing her own school's test scores as well as those of nearly every other school in the country. And her lazy ass union goon teachers wouldn't need to bother with the extra 25 minutes a day wasted tutoring lawbreakers with no ability or inclination to learn anything.
