Yeah, like there is a big distinction between "diploma mills" and "degree providers of unacceptably low quality." Unacceptable to whom? The quality was sufficient for them to be accredited by an agency of the British government, whose opinion is the only one that counts.
No explanation of what, if anything, he did to verify the contents of the alleged "diploma mill" list.
No explanation of who gifted him with that lame "diploma mill" list. Perhaps it was a trusted source?
