A list of diploma mills, many (most?) in the UK.

The real question is: "Who assembled, and currently uses, this list?"

Gollin clearly states that this is a "list of diploma mills." Yet the list contains ASIC-accredited Trans-Atlantic College, as well as a number of others (e.g., City Banking College, London Crown College) that also are ASIC-accredited.

Obviously he either didn't bother to verify the list, or he deliberately lied.

What I think is funny is how Klempner claims he knows all about the list too.

Well, I know the answer, so I won't join the game. But I can add that if its source were known, it would be quite an important list.

Is it that Klempner is smart enough not to say anything he might regret later, or that he's diabolical enough to have given the list to Gollum in the first place, knowing it contained a few land mines?
