As far as examples of illegal activities, handing out prescription drugs (Viagra, cialis, etc) to his "models", software on his computers that is used to make fake identification, various illegal types of pornography.

In most places "illegal" porn means "kiddie" porn, with participants under the age of consent.  Presumably the fake identification software would be used to create the appearance that the participants are adults should anyone check.  

I'm no expert in such things, but I would think that having a witness with first hand knowledge of such activities would be ample grounds for a search warrant.
