As far as I know, Henrik has conducted his business in plain view and above board at all times. He never has concealed the fact that the Danish government has not waved its mighty hand over his operation and proclaimed it fit for public consumption. Just as neither the British nor later the US governments proclaimed John Harvard's little book collection safe and sane back in 1636.
When you consider all the various Romanians, Israelis, Russians and who knows who else out there conducting absolute charades in the name of higher education, you really have to wonder why the clones devote so much time and energy to poor Henrik.
The obvious answer is that Henrik is actually trying to conduct a legitimate, affordable alternative to the wealthy, entrenched cartel that controls higher education. And that makes him a threat to the status quo because it shows very clearly that modern technology puts education beyond the control of the government and the mindguards. Very dangerous indeed to the little suck ups and brown nosers who make their living on their knees before their masters.
