Ward Churchill Wins; Judge Nullifies Verdict

Ordinarily I wouldn't advocate beating people senseless strictly on ethnic grounds, but I can understand the passion.  Anyone with an ounce of patriotism who saw those buildings get hit and then collapse on 9/11 shares the same feelings those bus riders had.  Whoever attacks my country attacks me.  It's not based on some ethnic bias but rather just fundamental patriotism.

Remember when 'little Hulkamaniacs' wanted Gadhafy killed because big brother said he was the mastermind of all terrorism. Now the very same Colonel Gadhafy is paraded around the trendy watering holes of international politics as the new friend it's cool to have.
Terrorism?
You finance it when you buy oil and big brother will go any length to stop the development of alternative fuel...
Why?
It gets a cut, it's that simple.
Then it stampedes unwashed little Hulkamaniacs against the target of the week...Afghanistan...no, Iraq...no, Iran...no, Russia...

Now it's 'Sarkozy fantastic pro-American administration'...
What if little Hulkamaniacs had beaten a 'frog' senseless...what would they do now, tell him they're sorry?

But in this case I think somebody just said, "This fucker needs to go."  Then they found an excuse to make it stick, within the rules.  They acted with the best interests of their university in mind, because nobody was going to donate anything (other than maybe a few hundred rounds of flying lead) to anyplace employing such a turd.
