Exactly.  The "experts" who never hesitate to express an opinion based on speculation, supposition or conjecture, without bothering with any of that troublesome research to determine if there are any actual facts upon which their grand pronouncements are based.  "I think..."  "My intuition tells me..."  "I imagine..."  Those are the "experts" at work.  Fools indeed.
