Wasn't it at the old Jamesville that somebody asked then newly-elected CHEA board member Gollum about his views on HETA (the CHEA group promoting acceptance of transfer credits among accredited schools)? Gollum said something like "I'll look into it and get back to you." We're still waiting. The guy obviously didn't have a clue what CHEA did or does, and he still doesn't. He is just using it as a resume enhancer for his otherwise non-existent credentials in higher education administration.
It's good that CHEA got a first round draft choice like Swenson, but when are they going to give a fourth string bench warmer like Gollum his unconditional release? They just renewed the guy for another three years. Does he have photos of someone at an office party or something?
