I actually don't know anyone who is currently in prison but can suggest a few scumbags who should be prosecuted and thrown into a Federal prison. Let's start with that trio of prominent distance ed fairies, Alan Contreras, Toelicker Chip and the gay Trucker himself, Steve Levicoff.
Next up would be John Bear, Gus Sainz and that baldheaded fuck George Gollin. Give Gollin a grant? Hell no, give him a 3-5 year sentence. If they need cellmates I'd nominate Bill Huffman and TC Nixon to fill that role. Those guys are so far up Bear's ass normally that they wouldn't notice the difference anyway.
