The 'people'? You mean neilist (the person). Yes, I suspect he is a sociopath. You should know well that it only takes one person to raise a shitstorm on the Internet. Two can do ten times more nastiness than one, especially when they work in concert. The medium allows a single person to appear much louder than they would say ... in a real crowded room.
