People go to war because other people crash planes into buildings.

Arab nationalism was vigorously stirred by the English during WWI to embarrass the Turks...during the cold war soviet warnings about fundamentalists were met with scorn and ridicule...Khomeini found sanctuary in Paris as 'oppressed freedom activist'...Lenin was sent to Russia by the Germans...the West ran countless scholarships to 'educate' the third world...you got some of the most exalted leaders of Third World's revolts out of those liberal and compassionate programs...also, now some f-cking prat worries that North Korea, Iran and East Timor may have atomic bombs after ushering students first class through 'feel-good' lavish scholarships... then you wonder planes start crashing into buildings?
