Who knows...maybe the fictional Janko-the-living-encyclopaedia didn't get along well with Janko-the-prison-camp-survivor (whatever the story he was making up was ) or Janko-the-online-boss...maybe they all hated John Weaver-Hudson...

That's funny.  Offed by one of his own disordered personalities.  That might explain Israel ending up under that truck too.  Not just assholes, but assholes so vile that even their own psyches are revolted and must take prompt remedial action.
