Well, I betcha Gollum pulled the lever next to Blogo's name when he voted, but he doesn't seem to have put up any money.
Public records show Gollin donated $400 on 8/16/07 and another $200 on 12/19/2007 to the successful campaign for US Congress of Democrat Bill Foster.
Interesting to note that Foster has a PhD in physics from Harvard, and he didn't need any 15 other people to help him write his diss either.
Can't you see the wheels a'spinnin' in Gollum's bald noggin: Hey, if Foster can do it, I can do it. After all, now I'm a national hero for putting Dixie in the slammer. Maybe my wife can write me another reco letter and get me appointed to Congress just like she did with CHEA!
Speaking of whom, Melanie Loots donated $250 on 5/5/98 to the unsuccessful campaign of Democrat Laurel Lunt Prussing for Congress. She also donated $250 on 5/29/98 to the unsuccessful campaign of Democrat Carol Mosely-Braun for US Senate. (Our friends down under may remember her as the US Ambassador to New Zealand from 1999 until 2001.)
Funny how the lovely Mrs. Hyphen only donates to alleged females with three names. But she seems consistent about picking losers, right George?
