Nice catch Albert. It appears Illinois resident George Gollin is violating Illinois law by publishing social security numbers on his website located in Illinois. Let's hope law enforcement will act aggressively to punish him for his transgressions.
Quote:(815 ILCS 505/2RR)
Sec. 2RR. Use of Social Security numbers.
(a) Except as otherwise provided in this Section, a person may not do any of the following:
(1) Publicly post or publicly display in any manner an individual's social security number. As used in this Section, "publicly post" or "publicly display" means to intentionally communicate or otherwise make available to the general public.
...
(g) Any person who violates this Section commits an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act.
...
(815 ILCS 505/7) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 267)
Sec. 7. Injunctive relief; restitution; and civil penalties.
... (b) In addition to the remedies provided herein, the Attorney General or State's Attorney may request and the Court may impose a civil penalty in a sum not to exceed $50,000 against any person found by the Court to have engaged in any method, act or practice declared unlawful under this Act. In the event the court finds the method, act or practice to have been entered into with the intent to defraud, the court has the authority to impose a civil penalty in a sum not to exceed $50,000 per violation.

As part of our public service obligation we all should notify the Illinois Attorney General's office so the public may be protected from these violations. Plus Gov. Blagojevich could probably use another $50,000 right about now.
