Ah...I forgot ALBERTO FUJIMORI...a Japanese who got to become president of Peru winning over acclaimed expatriate writer Vargas Llosa...
A Japanese president of 'racially (very) diverse' Peru almost beats a mulatto, I think...
Peruvian big carpet baggers probably wanted to scandalize and make the unwashed dream as well...
Too bad Peruvians aren't left with good memories of Fujimori's term (1990-2000)...
