As usual they want two sets of standards, one for themselves and another for the rest of the world. If they wish to do a LIAR, it's ok, but you can't. If they wish to put schools in small buidings, fine, but YOU can't. If they want to locate colleges in states with little or no rules, it's great, but YOU can't do it. They can sell any damn thing they want, and if you buy it, it makes you a shill-liar-fraud. It must be great to live in a world where only the other guy can get speeding tickets.
