I'd be surprised if Union isn't forced to take a look at it within the next year or so...all it takes is a slow news day...RD's public comments certainly aren't helping his eventual situation ("I have an Education doctorate", etc.). If his job he was hired at required it - then he might seriously want to start preparing to change employers - before he's forced to.
Must be Union University counted Douglas' two years of spaming and pushing Shelia Danzig's MIGS which count enough that Union kissed John Bear's ass and gave his buddy Douglas a Ph.D.
