I can't recall him ever having posted a positive comment about any DL school or program. You would think that out of all the schools that have come across the Gollin radar but been "cleared", he would made a positive comment on at least one.

Do you really think that he thinks any school that isn't Ivy League rates a keystroke of positive comments? I'm sure he thinks Podunk State U. = St. Regis U. except for a few technicalities. Remember that he is totally ignorant of distance education and is simply playing to a receptive audience at DD.
