Gollin admits it!
His dissertation was not "independent" work, but a "collaboration"!
He signed off on his dissertation as the sole author, but now admits that in reality his effort was but 6.25% of a project in which he "collaborated" with 15 others.

Just as expected, his attempt at obfuscation is the usual condescending Gollin drivel (reads like "of course your tiny minds couldn't possibly comprehend how we geniuses do things") combined with his deviant narcissistic rationalization ("everybody does it that way"). But there it is, amongst the juvenile personal insults and irrelevant travel log, the admission of guilt coming through loud and clear.
And just what is up with that perpetual Travel Channel back-monologue? He was running that nonsense on Ray Hill in his email as well. Backpacking in Yosemite this time? My, how special, just you and 10 million others. Maybe Gollin has such fond travel memories because he keeps bumping into Larry Craig in the airport restroom along the way.
Wow, and he never paid a cent in tuition! Remember that you get what you pay for. When you pass off a collaboration as independent work you got 6.25% of nothing. Bogus!
Here's some advice for PhD students from 6.25%Dr. Gollin: Just hire 15 dissertation services and have them write sections of your dissertation for you. Staple the pieces together, sign and submit. If anybody asks just act all condescending and tell them it was a "collaboration." Standard practice for all us extra special, really smart kids. Bogus!
