Good memory. Dr. Douglas and I exchanged some "words" in 1999/2000 on www.about.com because of his conduct - it was unprofessional. One of us moved on to more productive pursuits, and one appears not to have. Unfortunately, I was fairly open about my track record, making it fairly easy for it to be "lifted" by anyone desiring to cover their tracks.
Let me be clear about this...I do not think that engaging in mud-slinging contests reflects credit on ANY of the participants.
