Hint: Oh, I would love them to publicly acknowlege their motive in smearing me is to screw up my economic future. There is a reason that I use words like "without prejudice", and there is a reason why I make it clear that I have concerns about such smearing.
Defending one's trademark (in this case, my name) is a time honored tradition.
Neilist's malice aforethought in putting my name (and keywords such as titles of books I've written and so on) in the subject lines of his posts he knows Google will index is clear. It's not the most well-advised campaign he's gone on, to be sure.
Only the most daft would hang his hat on Neilist's present barrage.
