It's not fraud, it's just academic welfare for we of the privileged class: Mommy has a doctorate; Daddy has a bunch of them, including an almost real one he got with the help of 15 pals; my Hindu hubby has one; Daddy even endorsed the state assemblywoman with the fake one.
