John gives it two apples, means it's a state authorized school. He then gives the contact man--Ronald Pellar--phone number-- and address. By the by, 4 apples meant accredited--3 meant state approved--2 meant state licensed--1 meant no official recognition.
There is not ONE word negative about this mill. John didn't have a clue it was milling faster than a flour mill.
Years later, John, following the work of others really blasts CSU. Day late and a buck short. One can only guess how many people got stuck because of the listing in the guide.
