If Belford University applied, I bet DETC wouldn't even reply to them, mostly since Belford is afraid to give a mailing address. So Belford wouldn't be rejected out of hand, it would be ignored. And that makes it a fine school, doesn't it?
Your think that something that hasn't been "rejected out of hand" is as good as Oxford, don't you?
