What is the latest on Alan Contreras? Last I recall he was running the ODA for the State of Oregon and putting NA schools (DETC accredited) on his arbitrary list. This sounded absurd but relatively meaningless (after all, it is Oregon) until other states, like Texas, started using his list without doing their own due diligence. If the officials in Texas only knew that Contreras compiled his original list by gathering school names from an Internet forum inhabited by the likes of Bill Huffman and Uncle Janko!!!
Did this disgrace to the office he holds, as insignificant as it is, ever get sued or otherwise be held accountable for his arbitrary and capricious behavior? Is he a witness, or better yet, a defendant in any active lawsuits? Is he still a fat load? And I know better than to even inquire about his strange lifestyle. Finally, where is he posting nowadays or does he consider himself above that?
