A U of I physicist with lame ideas nobody is interested in? If that's national news then Gollin should be on TV every day.
Actually, after doing like ten seconds of googling, it appears that Steffen is not a U of I physicist, but rather works at Northwestern. Good to see that the Associated Press is maintaining their usual high standards of journalism.
