Norway Pol With Fake Degrees - WilliamW - 07-05-2010 If you can get elected president with a fake birth certificate no reason to think you can't work a government paper shuffling job with fake degrees. Especially if you have "extensive administrative experience" with a political party. Fifteen years on fake degrees. Great mileage! Why screw around with expensive tuition or dodgy unaccredited degrees when you can lie about having degrees from prestigious schools like LSE and Queen Mary for free? Works for politicians worldwide. ![]() NORWAY: Top bureaucrat claimed false degrees Quote:Jan Petter Myklebust RE: Norway Pol With Fake Degrees - Martin Eisenstadt - 07-05-2010 Quote:Liv Løberg, whose husband is the security chief in Norway's parliament...Gerrit Løberg is reported to have known nothing of his wife's false documents. Reminds me of someone...can't quite place it. Something about a self-appointed "expert" in crime whose wife was selling mutant lab animals to the public for food...whose colleagues were diddling mass murders....whose collaborators were adjudicated anti-Christian bigots and civil rights violators....who made thousands and thousands of posts at a website owned by a gay boy pornographer....posted people's SSN's on his website....got sued for slander and extortion....told people he was a government agent.... RE: Norway Pol With Fake Degrees - Ryan Steele - 07-07-2010 Well, come on! If they can do the job without a degree, then why flip out when you find that they don't have one? That's the problem with education, it doesn't prepare you for anything but is a requirement for everything. If it was important enough to sack her for then it should have been important enough to check in the first place. On the other hand, she lied about her credentials. Being in a position of public trust, she is a proven liar who can't be trusted to do her job. It goes to the very essence of her relationship with the taxpayers who pay her salary. Obviously the other factor at work here is that she was a political appointee. She had the connection to get the affection without inspection. She probably didn't need to lie about her credentials in the first place, since she was going to get the job anyway. Personally, I like it when pols get caught in a lie, even in distant lands. And lies about education are about the easiest to expose. One email to the registrar and all fables go up in smoke. Who can forget the "expert" who boasted "two RA degrees" that turned out to be an AA from his local JC and a 110-day wonder in humanities? |
