http://preston.edu/ is the official site for Preston University.
I did read that this University was shut down in Alabama.
I know little about this school except that Warren National University sold its entire operation to them. Preston is supposed to handle all transcripts, diplomas and so on.
Maybe Warren should have picked a better quality school to sell to.
BTW, is Preston affiliated with Preston University of Pakistan? See http://www.prestonpak.edu.pk/
