I see it this way, Wall Street is the problem. But Wall Street and the State are hand and hand. You cannot divorce one from the other. Every bank in the United States had profited by massive hand outs and we should consider the banks to be welfare recipients. Whenever anyone tells me that welfare is to blame for the bad economy I will in turn ask, do you mean individual welfare or corporate welfare.
