I was pretty sure Kizmet was not female, but now it turns out she's not male either.? According to Bear, Kizmet is transgendered Jack Tracey, posing as a female to entertain the toelickers at DebrisInflow.

But the important question is whether patients are aware that the? government licensed mental health professional by whom they are being treated spends his spare time posing as a woman while running a pedophile-pandering pornographer's forum??
Isn't that a lot like licensing Barney Frank to run a Day Care Center?? Even in Massachusetts, that's got to be just a little bit too weird for comfort.
