Another way to see milled degrees beside the vanity point...you self-publish a book...it may be as good or as bad as it can be depending on the content, right?
1 You publish it with a known self-publishing company...
2 You buy a ISBN and go on cover as the publisher "Great scholarly academic press", or hire premium vanity presses to lend more credibility to the operation...the equivalent of all the fraudulent mill schemes.

• Has the right to grant degrees in France as per Title III, Book VII of the French Code of Education.  It is a registered private institution of Higher education regulated and controlled by the Education nationale.
  
• Has a impressive faculty list, that includes a Vice Rector of one of the most famous world universities and a French Department Director of a public university.
  
• It applies legally the VAE (Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience) procedure. This 2002 Law mandates French universities to grant part or full degrees on valuable work experience. It is now integrated on Article L-613-3 of the same code of Education.
  
• Its graduate have been accepted in US & Canadian Universities, Get health related licences and hired by private and public entities in many countries.

It isn't fair to take suckers for a ride only because they know no French...or is it for you? I am not a degree cop, sorry...I don't exactly care about the fine points of doctrine within the closely knit cult of online education websites, nor do I care about unaccredited or bogus schools as a general phenomenon...why? Because I can spot a mill well ahead.
