RE: Randock Motion to Dismiss Status? - Ben Johnson - 02-10-2008 One more thing concerning Gollin. When the seekers of the truth mistakenly identified someone else as the abusive Janko, he replied that a government agent contacted him and told him of the posts. This was on some random forum of the past, the name of which escapes me. Was Gollin in fact a government agent? Or was he pretending to be one? I think his computer records might be very valuable to the defence. If he was a government agent, why was he creating mahem on internet forums? If he is not a government agent but was pretending to be one, why isn't he in prison? I think the defence, in the interest of justice, deserves clarity. If he was not a government agent, why were government employees sharing information with him on an ongoing basis? Wouldn't that be akin to manufacturing evidence? Couldn't be true. Could it? I feel very bad for the prosecution. Those who know the real history with Gollin's obsession with SRU know that this all came about because SRU got his website shut down at the University of Illinois. Not community service, not good citizenship, not any of that, which Gollin hides behind. Merely revenge and spite on Gollin's part over something so trivial. Now, the prosecution has to seriously endanger their lives by having to go to Liberia which is war torn, lawless, and makes the South Side of Chicago look like Beverly Hills. All because of a small man's vendetta over a stupid website. Gollin will be perfectly safe teaching Physics 101 while the prosecution will be ducking, wearing bullet proof vests, and fighting diarhea. Not worth it prosecution. You only have one life, and Gollin, the Randocks, win/lose, career, isn't worth it. You are worth way more alive by fighting for American Justice in ways that can make a difference to the USA and the world. Not this crap. Look in your hand closely what the outcomes can be, it is just not worth it. Get out while you can. Gollum is a little socialist pissant going nowhere in the middle of nowhere. Yet somehow the feds have nothing better to do but listen to him whine? People are hijacking planes and blowing up buildings, the Mexican army is invading the US on a daily basis, entire neighborhoods are overrun with illegal alien gangsters, but the feds are chasing Dixie around because Gollum got his little website shut down??? Somebody needs to get their priorities in order. Do businesses with BILLION dollar endowments really need the feds to protect them from a gray haired granny? At the $15 a-year-domain site i waste hours at on the gravy train of public money my best friend I've never met, yes the one who got 13 court cases pending over financial mismanagement; and the one who operated five schools we now call mills; and the sex parlor addict and Chip White told me so...then i ran a search on google and hopefully Chip will renew degreeinfo before it expires, but he complained "Elijah's wood" and "boyfunk" got low memberships these days so he's cash strapped and hopefully DVD sales will soar. What's "boyfunk"? Well, it is sort of Fermi lab...cute boys challenge the laws of physics together...and do it naked" |
