No, it's not a rehash of any number of old threads. It's George Gollin (George D. Gollin, George Dana Gollin) getting caught in yet another lie.

Remember that little federal extortion and slander lawsuit against George Gollin, the one that was dismissed by the court on its own motion for lack of jurisdiction?

So once again, we must conclude either (a) George Gollin is a complete idiot and has no clue what is going on, or (b) George Gollin knows exactly what is going on but because he thinks you don't he chooses to lie about it instead.

Why is this so easy? Every time anybody takes ten minutes to verify George Gollin's outlandish claims the result is that George Gollin is exposed as a liar and a fraud. Is this his new defense strategy against future defamation actions--that since nobody could possibly take anything he says seriously he isn't damaging anyone with his lies?

Let the backpedalling begin (and the baby talk and bathroom metaphor continue).

I agree up to a point, ham. Unlike many of his other lies and distortions, nobody has lost their job, business, reputation or freedom on the basis of this one. And if it was just one isolated instance it probably wouldn't be noticed or worthy of comment. In this case, presumably he lied because he thought he could intimidate some of the many others who are circling him (and UI and Gay Al and Oregon) preparing lawsuits over his lies and bullshit. He figured nobody would check the file. Obviously, he was wrong again.

And, as a matter of fact, people have lost their jobs, businesses, reputations and freedom on account of his bogus shit-stirring and self-promotion. We should neither miss an opportunity to point out every one of his fallacious "expert" statements and opinions, nor dismiss any of them as trivial. Outside government and academia (i.e., in normal society) everything he says and does really is trivial, but as long as people are going to be railroaded into jail based on his psychotic fantasies he needs to be exposed.

Notice how even a spammer got three replies, but as noted here, George Gollin's posts still are largely ignored by everyone but him.  His threads linger like a bad odor for days, with only George Gollin replying to himself. That's because spammers are more interesting, relevant and factual than George Gollin.

I just love how Gollin edited his own Wikipedia article about himself which is a clear violation of Wiki's own policies. Of course he had Tall Magic to watch his back on that one.

I though about creating a Wiki account just to set things straight there but quite frankly there is too much negative energy in that forum and I cannot deal with it.
