Good point, Brown Teal.  Either the “expert” Gollin has no idea where ESRS is located, or he knows and prefers to lie about it.  So he is either a complete fraud or a complete liar, or more likely both.

This is typical of his “research” methods.  Somebody he doesn’t know told him something that somebody else said to somebody and he guesses that he thinks he might have a vague idea.  Very authoritative, very scholarly, very persuasive (if you are retarded or work for the government.)  

And above all, who cares what sort of building they operate out of?  AMU’s HQ in Charles Town, WV is an old wooden house downtown.  UMUC operates out of a “conference center” across the street from UMCP.  CCU has run its business out of a crapped out building in downtown Santa Ana, CA for decades.  One of the key aspects of distance learning is that brick and mortar facilities (and the related overhead) are irrelevant.  Again, Gollin just doesn’t get it.  He focuses on things that aren’t important, and even then he can’t get it right.
