George Gollin (George D. Gollin, George Dana Gollin) must secretly be in love with Hoyer and the Randocks. It must piss Gollin off that there was no action against Hoyer in that entire cluster f#%*k where he tried to implicate as many people as he could in SRU. George Gollin (George Dana Gollin, George D. Gollin) looked like an ass when he conned Regis University into suing SRU for copyright enfringement and they lost. What was it the Regis attorney's called Gollin, oh, thats right, "a lose canon."
I guess that's what happens when you have some university professor trying to play junior G-man and has no clue what the hell he's doing. Is he still telling people he works for the federal government when he makes inquiries?

Well...
He may need a dozen people to help out with a dissertation, but at least he won't sell his own ideas as product of the intellect of 25 top scientists and nobel prize winners like Mathias Rust did/does...YET.
