Official WELS documents reveal the once thriving 88 member church () is now down to a mere 60.  And they probably counted the janitor and the mailman twice to get that.

Sources within the WELS hierarchy refused to confirm or deny reports that the exodus of the faithful was due to the church's pastor spending all day browsing gay porn on the internet instead of attending to church business.

Recently had business down in southern Michigan, so I stopped in at the Hope Lutheran Church at 205 Bennett Avenue, Hartford, Michigan 49057.

I was going to try to snap a photo of Janko, but they said he was busy on the computer and couldn't be disturbed.  So I took this picture of the beautiful stained glass window there at the church:

Janko's ex-congregation has shrunken from 60 down to a mere 35.  This is what happens to your religious marketing machine when you lose a charismatic, magnetic personality.  

Or could it just be that now they are making an accurate count?
