Guys please beware of a company called distance learning usa! This company is affilated with excelsior college, they give you all of your study modules for your test. I paid in $3000.00 for my course work and nursing books to the company and took two nursing concept test. One month later, I recieved a letter from excelsior stating that I was denied entrance into the program. I called Alex my advisor at distance learning and he stated that he would have the situation resolved in 3 days. Well, its been 5 months now and no word from Alex and no response from him to my many many messages and emails. I work to hard for my money to have someone take it like that. The company gaurantees a refund which is obvious a lie. I don't know what to do to get my money back, they want answer their phones or return my calls or respond to my emails.

Do any of you have any suggestion on the next step I need to take to get my money back from this company.

Do your follow up work and let us know when the scumbags have been identified. At the risk of repeating myself, I won't be suprised if one of the DI or DD gang is involved with this company.
if you have paid with a credit card, dispute the charge and let them prove you wrong.
Attention, though.
You might have underwritten "small print" allowing them to do whatever they are doing.
