If George G. is so desperate to fix mediocrity in education, why not fix the ones closest to him? Why not have taken the time to raise a daughter who knows how to act like a decent human being? Why look so hard to the outside when there were / are so many close by to fix? Maybe it's just easier to throw stones at others than to fix your own problems and do your own work.
