I suspect that, at least at this juncture, it was the lollipop budget that sunk Dolphin. If you watched the OJ trial on TV you know that Brother Dolphin would have been getting a lot of love from a jury in LA.
Or he would have if he could have gotten the judge to let it go to trial.
Comments about Klausner
here suggest he is pro-government and inflexible. Considering you had multiple government entities as defendants in this case it's not surprising he blew it out as fast as he could.
BTW, the fact that he went to
Notre Dame and Loyola suggests he may not be playing on the team you think.
