Did nosborne just run out of anything else to write? Was he completely bereft of any cogent thoughts? How else could you explain his characterization of PhD-turned-trucker Steve Levicoff as "one of the country's foremost experts on church-state relations?"

Even Levicoff, someone who usually only hears compliments about his ability to his ability to back his rig up and park, has to feel that Noz has overdone it this time.

Is this the same guy? The only lawyer in NM with last name Osborne.

JD from UNM? BA from a Catholic university? Seem to remember him saying he was, shall we say, not Catholic.

He obviously isn't a judge, probably a flunky law clerk for some leftist ACLU type. Wonder which one?

Just a guess, probably one or both of these:

Donated $331 to the DNC in 2004, probably to suck up to his boss.

Do you think Levicoff can back a rig? I saw a guy that hauled bulk goods take 45 minutes to back into a door opening where they couldn't drive through. The trucks got bigger but not the building. I never checked the guys name but it wouldn't surprise me if it was Levicoff.

He has described himself as both an attorney and a state employee in New Mexico so that does seem to fit.
He has also alluded to being a retired Naval Reserve JAG officer, BTW.

He might be good at "backing up his rig" but can he drive a truck?

Did I tell you I earn $10.000 an hour squeezing oranges with my butt cheeks with a travelling carnival show? You have to see how the crowd digs it...
Sure, my friends say it grosses them out, but I roll high and don't care...
