Is Jack Tracey lazier than Gus?

Jack has basically picked up the slack while Gus has been attending to, ahem ..., other matters. They are both just posting b.s. links about people jammed up from their use of milled degrees. They don't even touch upon the topic of educational alternatives.

Gus has always been on the extreme fringe of the RA-only crowd and as such is, by definition, a complete asshole. However, he always used to put a real effort into framing and justifying his absolutist view of the world. That ended about the time his personal problems became serious issues. Since then he has been a shell of his former self.

I guess the only question left at this point is which one is actually lazier?

They are just typical of the DI/DD crowd - nothing to offer but criticism - destroyers not builders. The most meaningful statement coming from Gus these days is "Do you want fries with that?" I guess that's a stepping stone to the post-Castro presidency of Cuba. Gus's dream - Cuba's nightmare.
