GUS SAINZ INVOLVED IN DUBIOUS FINANCIAL SITUATIONS: litigation, debts etc

No new lawsuits but Gus's mortgage was sold. Either Lasalle Bank didn't do their research on the quality of the borrower or they paid 10 cents on the dollar. I wonder if they are even aware that the mortgage was written on or about they same day as a large court judgement against Gus by another party.

I forgot. New Century Mortgage is tits up. Any company that would lend money to Gus when his credit history had many lawsuits, including one with a judgement on the day the mortgage was registered, deserves a painful death.


Perhaps Gus single-handedly started the slide of the US economy caused by the lending of large mortgages to essentially bankrupt assholes.
